Combro is a typical food from West Java. Made from grated cassava which the interior is filled with chili Oncom then fried, because that is named combro which stands at Oncom jero (Sundanese, means: Oncom inside). Round-oval shape. This food is delicious when eaten warm.
Leather ingredients :- 300 gr grated cassava
- grated young coconut
- 1 teaspoon salt
filling ingredients :
- 4 tablespoons cooking oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 5 cloves onion
- 3 pieces of red chili pepper curly
- 1 knuckles of galingale
- 200 gr oncom
- 2 basil leaves stems, use leaves only
- 1 teaspoon
- granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
How to make :
skin : squeeze the grated cassava in order to extract patinya slightly reduced. Mix with grated coconut, and salt and stir well.
