Recipe of Bakso Malang

bakso : meatballs


Meatball Ingredients :
  • 350 grams fresh beef
  • 50 grams sago flour
  • 100 cc ice water
  • 1 egg
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoons pepper
  • 3 teaspoons salt

Meatball Soup :
  • 2. lit water
  • 600 grams cow's knee / beef bones
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoons pepper
  • 2 leeks, sliced
  • 3 teaspoons salt

Complement :
  • 10 pieces of dumpling skin, fried
  • 150 grams yellow wet noodle
  • 10 fried tofu, oblique cut, little nick
  • fried onions to taste
  • chili stew

How to make :
  • Make meatballs : garlic puree, pepper, and salt. minced meat until finely. mixed with sago flour, spices, egg, end ice water. Stir well with a slam-slam. separate 1/3 for the tofu.stuffing
  • Boil water, then turn off the flame. Make two kinds of meatballs, one large ball and one small ball. Dip in boiling water.
  • Cook it again until the meatballs float, lift, drain.
  • 1/3 batter input in the tofu.Steamed briefly.
  • Make soup : garlic puree, pepper, and salt. Boil water, spices, and bones, cook until boiling, filter. Sprinkle with onion leaf, lift.
  • Prepare a bowl, arrange noodles, meatball, and tofu. Pour the soup, sprinkle with onion leaf, and garlic fries. Serve with fried dumplings and boiled sauce.
