Meatball Ingredients :
- 350 grams fresh beef
- 50 grams sago flour
- 100 cc ice water
- 1 egg
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 teaspoons pepper
- 3 teaspoons salt
Meatball Soup :
- 2. lit water
- 600 grams cow's knee / beef bones
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1/2 teaspoons pepper
- 2 leeks, sliced
- 3 teaspoons salt
Complement :
- 10 pieces of dumpling skin, fried
- 150 grams yellow wet noodle
- 10 fried tofu, oblique cut, little nick
- fried onions to taste
- chili stew
How to make :
