Recipe of Pureed Green Beans

Bubur kacang ijo or pureed green beans, a simple dish but rich in nutrients. In addition to its own green beans that contain protein and vitamins, fat coconut milk which contains a useful complement to the body. Green beans plus a way of presenting a 'flexible' makes it easier to enjoy it. Want served hot, it could. Was also delicious served cold.

Ingredients :
  • 1/4 kg green beans soaked in water overnight
  • 160 grams brown sugar shaved
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 sachet vanilla
  • 2 pandan leaves
  • 1,5 ltr coconut milk
  • 500 ml water
  • 2 cm ginger flaked
  • 5 cm cinnamon
How to make :
  • Boil the green beans with water, pandan leaves, ginger, cinnamon until soft and little water
  • After that, input coconut milk, brown sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla, and cook untill boiling, remove and serve
