Recipe of Amparan Tatak Pisang

Amparan Tatak Pisang cake is one of the typical South Borneo.

















Ingredients :
  • 200 grams rice flour
  • 100 grams sago flour
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 800 ml coconut milk from a coconut
  • 10 pieces old plantain

top layer ingredients :
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 125 grams rice flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt

how to make :
  • Plantain, cut crosswise
  • Stir the rice flour, sago, sugar, and salt until blended.
  • Then enter the coconut milk, stir well.
  • Pour the batter into the pan size 20 x 20 x 4 cm, which is coated with plastic and rubbed with oil.
  • Insert the banana slices.
  • Steamed in a hot steamer for 35 minutes.
  • Mix all ingredients upper layer.
  • Pour the top layer of dough on top of bananas.
  • Steam the cake again for 35 minutes until the dough is cooked.
